Return and exchange deadline

You have 14 days upon receipt of the order to return your order.
Products must be returned within their original packaging with label.
Make sure that the products are not soiled or damaged so that you can be refunded or exchange them.

Return and exchange process

To return or exchange your products, contact us at this address: info.bleulaune@gmail.com indicating:

• order number
• the product you wish to exchange/return
• the reason for your exchange/return

We will then send you a prepaid label to stick on the package.
Don't forget to add your invoice/receipt in the return package.

All you have to do is drop off your package at a post office.
